Charbel joined Mouvement Social as a Volunteer since 1971, before becoming the Manager of Mouvement Social France in 1990-1992. He is member of the Board since 2020.
He is an active businessman, president and member of many associations, of which “Al Majmoua”. He was Head of the Municipality of Dlebta in 2016-2019, after which he became a Consultant at the Federation of Kesrouan Municipalities, to date.
